Description

Join to build and modernize an insurance platform with end-to-end ownership across backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps. Drive practical, secure, and measurable AI adoption into the SDLC alongside an AI enablement team using tools and agents around Anthropic Claude. Contribute to modular architecture modernization on Azure and lead delivery with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Build full-stack web applications and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Modernize legacy platforms incrementally toward modular architecture on Azure
  • Lead AI adoption within the team, focusing on secure and measurable use of AI tools and agents
  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Dapper
  • Design and tune MS SQL databases, stored procedures, and queries
  • Implement REST and XML-based APIs
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
  • Build web application interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation processes
  • Apply secure coding practices across the development lifecycle
  • Document technical specifications clearly for team alignment
  • Collaborate with the team and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 5+ years building full-stack web applications with end-to-end solutions
  • .NET Core (8-10), Entity Framework, and Dapper
  • REST and XML-based APIs
  • Expert MS SQL skills including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design
  • Experience with AI for SDLC and Claude Code; ability to lead AI adoption
  • Azure experience including Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
  • Hands-on frontend framework experience: Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular
  • DevOps experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Azure ARM, or Terraform
  • Awareness of SignalR / WebSockets
  • Strong secure coding practices
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Leadership, collaboration, time management, and strong documentation skills
