Description

Lead the development of an insurance platform, owning end-to-end delivery across backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps. Modernize legacy systems incrementally toward modular architecture on Azure and drive practical, secure, measurable AI adoption using tools and agents connected to Anthropic Claude and an AI SDLC approach. Build APIs, data access, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation while maintaining strong secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Modernize legacy platforms incrementally toward modular architecture under Azure
• Lead AI adoption within the team using AI tools and agents for measurable outcomes
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Dapper
• Design and tune databases, stored procedures, and queries in MS SQL
• Implement REST and XML-based APIs
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
• Develop web UI interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation processes
• Apply secure coding practices across the development lifecycle
• Document technical specifications clearly for team alignment
• Collaborate with the team and manage time to meet deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years building full-stack web applications and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Proficiency in .NET Core (8–10), Entity Framework, and Dapper
• Expertise in REST and XML-based APIs
• Expert-level MS SQL skills including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design
• Experience with AI for SDLC and Claude Code, and readiness to lead AI adoption
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform including Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Azure ARM, or Terraform
• Awareness of SignalR/WebSockets
• Strong secure coding practices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and operate in a team-oriented environment
• Leadership, collaboration, time management, and documentation skills
