Description

Build and evolve enterprise-grade backend solutions on Microsoft Azure, forming the technical foundation for AI-oriented enterprise capabilities. Co-create scalable APIs, integrations, and application components that support AI orchestration, context management, and communication between systems, while delivering production-ready deployments. Work in a distributed cloud platform where AI is part of the core architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Azure-based backend solutions

• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and application components for AI orchestration and context management

• Prepare production-ready implementations from test environments to high-scale systems

• Collaborate on the architecture and engineering of an enterprise AI platform foundation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building scalable web/enterprise backend systems

• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, MS SQL, Entity Framework, REST, and OData

• Solid knowledge of Azure services and cloud best practices (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Service Bus, Azure SQL)

• Microservices architecture and enterprise API/cloud services

• Agile and DevOps practices; modern development tooling

• Knowledge of Cloud Design Patterns

• Enterprise SaaS application experience

• Experience with .NET/C# and patterns: Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing

• REST API and GraphQL implementation experience for enterprise systems

• Vector databases and semantic search (Azure AI Search) for RAG/semantic retrieval

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar context protocols; practical production ML/AI API experience

• Experience designing and implementing AI API Layer solutions

• Ability to build for large data volumes and high availability

• Experience building application frameworks/platforms

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and clear communication

• Interest in cloud, AI, and agent-based system trends

• Polish C1+ and English B2+

• Hybrid work availability: at least 3 days/week in the Białystok/area office; up to 2 days remote

• Higher technical education (preferably IT or related)
