Lead .NET Engineer (Full-Stack, Front-End, Cloud & AI)

We are seeking a skilled Lead .NET Engineer with deep knowledge of front-end, cloud, and AI to join a development team supporting a key client. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable web applications and services using .NET, cloud, and AI technologies, together with strong front-end development skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support business goals and enhance user experience.

Working from the office in Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Krakow three days per week is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET Core, together with modern front-end frameworks.
  • Create responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces using front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define application requirements and architecture across front-end and back-end layers.
  • Oversee deployment, integration, and monitoring of software on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Implement cloud-native principles using serverless computing, containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud storage solutions.
  • Integrate and apply AI technologies in practical, real-world projects.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement AI models and frameworks beyond basic tool usage.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve process automation, analytics, or products.
  • Explain AI concepts and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through best practices and cloud architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments across full-stack components.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability across the full stack.
  • Simplify deployment through automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous feature delivery.
  • Stay current with emerging .NET, front-end, cloud, AI, and related development technologies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and strengthen the team’s technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with React or Angular, including component architecture, state management, and responsive design.
  • Ability to build user-friendly interfaces that integrate effectively with back-end services and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects.
  • Ability to evaluate, select, and implement AI models and frameworks beyond basic tool usage.
  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including model training, data preprocessing, and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to identify AI opportunities for process automation, analytics, or product enhancement.
  • Familiarity with AI adoption and deployment limitations and best practices.
  • Ability to explain AI concepts and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, unit testing, and version control with Git.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
