Description

Lead SAP ABAP engineering in an Agile Scrum environment by analyzing business requirements and designing, implementing, and testing SAP S/4HANA solutions. Collaborate with development teams and product management specialists to ensure high-quality delivery through test execution, design reviews, and code reviews. Help maintain and improve the delivery process while strengthening engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements

• Design, implement, and test SAP solutions using the SAP programming model and processes

• Collaborate with development teams and product management specialists

• Participate in Agile Scrum development

• Ensure high-quality delivery via test case execution, design reviews, and code reviews

• Maintain and improve the delivery process

Requirements

• Agile Scrum development expertise with strong understanding of application and software architecture

• ABAP proficiency, including ABAP Object-Oriented and design patterns

• Hands-on ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development, including Core Data Services, Fiori elements, and SmartTemplates

• Familiarity with Business Object Processing Framework, Business Object Layer, and other ABAP frameworks

• Solid knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP performance tuning, and runtime analysis tools

• Solid understanding of SAP system functionality, particularly SAP S/4HANA functional areas

• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international project team

• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members
