Description

Lead SAP ABAP development in an Agile/Scrum environment by analyzing business requirements and designing, implementing, and testing solutions for SAP S/4HANA. Collaborate with development and product management teams to ensure high-quality delivery through test execution, design reviews, and code reviews. Manage engineering delivery processes and lead a team of 10+ members.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements

• Design, implement, and test SAP ABAP solutions using SAP programming models and processes

• Collaborate with development teams and product management specialists

• Participate in Agile Scrum development

• Ensure quality delivery via test case execution, design reviews, and code reviews

• Maintain and improve the delivery process

Requirements

• Agile Scrum expertise and understanding of application/software architecture

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Object-Oriented programming and design patterns

• Hands-on experience with ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development (Core Data Services)

• Experience with Fiori elements and SmartTemplates

• Familiarity with Business Object Processing Framework and Business Object Layer

• Knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP performance tuning, and runtime analysis tools

• Solid understanding of SAP system functionality in SAP S/4HANA functional areas

• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international project team

• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members
