Description

Join an international team supporting business initiatives across markets, with special attention to the US. This role sits at the intersection of Business, Operations, Product, and Technology, translating stakeholder needs into clear, structured documentation ready for technology and delivery teams. The work goes beyond purely functional requirements to include mapping business needs to applications, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Work within a defined Discovery process to turn business ideas and needs into well-analyzed, organized, implementation-ready initiatives

• Collaborate with business representatives to understand needs, problems, processes, and requirements

• Analyze system processes and requirements and produce implementation-ready artifacts such as functional specifications, system requirements, process flows, workflows, use cases, and user stories

• Model processes and document AS-IS / TO-BE states using appropriate methods

• Clarify and discuss system interactions, data flows, integrations, APIs, and application dependencies with technical stakeholders

• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and edge cases; support problem-solving and refinement

• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility

• Manage multiple Discovery initiatives with strong organization and attention to detail

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, IT Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or similar

• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and translating business requirements into technology solutions

• Systems-oriented approach to how business requirements map to applications, system workflows, and integrations

• Experience creating implementation-ready documentation (e.g., functional specifications, system requirements, process flows, workflows, use cases, user stories)

• Strong process analysis and modeling experience, including AS-IS / TO-BE

• Experience with BPMN and/or UML (or similar methods)

• Ability to understand and discuss system interactions, data flows, integrations, APIs, and application dependencies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and edge cases

• Experience collaborating with developers, architects, QA, Product, and business stakeholders

• Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple Discovery initiatives

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Miro, ARIS (or similar tools)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to create trackers, reports, and dashboards (advantage)

• Fluent English (English is the only communication language in the team)

• Financial services/FinTech/business process services experience valued; Capital Markets experience is a plus

• Payments experience is valuable
