Description

You will help identify and back promising early-stage HealthTech companies, lead due diligence and investment case development, and support portfolio growth. The role includes board meeting preparation, reporting, and time inside the portfolio companies to understand performance drivers. Investments are the starting point for building a leading digital-first healthcare group.

Responsibilities

• Screen the HealthTech market and build initial relationships with relevant entrepreneurs

• Run outreach, attend events, and expand the deal pipeline

• Lead due diligence and drive investment cases up to term negotiation

• Prepare materials for board meetings and deliver reporting

• Analyze portfolio metrics, identify blockers, and propose improvement actions

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in transaction services, M&A, or VC/PE with hands-on sourcing experience

• Strong analytical skills to build and defend an investment case

• Comfort working through complex business questions

• Technical/AI-native mindset with ability to brief a developer and challenge AI-enabled output

• Builder mentality and desire to eventually run a business

• Problem-solving mindset without reliance on a rigid playbook

• Naturally sociable and effective at engaging entrepreneurs
