Description

You will take responsibility for the comprehensive technological development of an AI-powered application that supports retinal-diagnostic workflows. The role involves setting the technology direction and developing the company’s systems with a stack including C#/.NET, React, Azure, PostgreSQL, and production AI components in Python. You will also connect technology decisions to clinical, regulatory, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology direction and overall technology development of the application
• Lead the technical team and guide engineering strategy
• Operate and evolve production systems in the cloud

Requirements

• Strong technical background in C#/.NET and React
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure) and operating production applications with Microsoft technologies
• CI/CD experience and Docker (ideally Kubernetes)
• Database knowledge, especially PostgreSQL
• Basic knowledge of AI/neural networks and deploying them to production using Python
• Experience developing and operating healthcare software (MDR) or ability to quickly get up to speed
• Ability to translate technical decisions into clinical, regulatory, and business needs
• Ability to lead a technical team and set the technical direction
• Fluent Czech and English at a professional level
