Description

Own the day-to-day user acquisition for AI-powered consumer subscription apps, using agreed budgets and targets. Test and launch acquisition campaigns across channels—with an emphasis on Meta and Google—collaborate on creative angles, and measure what drives subscriptions and renewals. Use results to recommend the next experiments and improvements across the funnel, from store page to onboarding and paywall.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Growth on early tests for new app ideas (audience, message, learnings, and scaling decisions).

  • Work with the creatives lead to convert competitor references and new hooks into briefs; evaluate results and decide what to try next.

  • Follow users beyond install to understand who pays, who renews, and whether acquisition cost makes sense.

  • Spot funnel issues and suggest improvements to Product (store page, onboarding, paywall, offers).

  • Share insights with the team and use AI to research, analyze, and test faster.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in consumer subscription app acquisition (or strong results/projects with less experience)

  • Strong Meta Ads expertise; ability to launch and manage campaigns independently

  • Google Ads experience; enough to launch and manage campaigns independently

  • Curiosity and ability to structure tests for new channels and formats (e.g., TikTok Spark Ads, Snapchat, DSPs, offline acquisition)

  • Subscription metrics experience: trial conversion, renewals, CAC, LTV, and payback

  • Creative judgment to explain and test which angles resonate

  • Comfort with data and attribution tools, including when numbers don’t fully agree

  • Clear communication in English

  • Initiative and strong collaboration with others

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience

  • Flexible working hours and common-sense approach to deadlines

  • Ownership of campaigns with room to experiment and contribute beyond execution

  • Small international team with close visibility into impact

  • Office perks: stocked fridge, personal trainer; compensation allowance for remote colleagues

  • Team events outside work (e.g., kayaking, cooking, karaoke, dinners)

  • Dog-friendly Prague office option
