Description

You will help move the product and business goals forward by making it easier for users to return, make their first purchase, and consistently receive the most relevant content. The role is measurement-driven: you test changes against a control group and keep what demonstrably works. You will also use AI to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and testing from idea to validated results.

Responsibilities

• Increase user activity: encourage users to return more often, spend more time, and receive the most relevant content from first click to repeat purchase across web, app, and browser extension

• Improve the product experience: make users love the way the product is used (bonus and its status, detailed store information leading to purchase, and an app users want to return to)

• Measure results and run testing: evaluate changes through controlled experiments and retain only what works

• Track market trends: learn from foreign cashback services and apps that enable returns

• Use AI in the workflow: speed up analysis, prototyping, and validation

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role with results you can demonstrate with numbers

• Experience improving products and proposing ideas that can be validated

• Strong metrics mindset: define a metric, measure it, and defend the outcome

• Ability to delegate and manage progress, while also being able to work hands-on

• Ability to use AI to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and testing

• Drive to move work forward, close it out, and focus on outcomes

• Willingness to make mistakes, but avoid repeating the same one and learn from it

• Open to learning if you don’t know everything yet (the rest will be taught)
