Description

You will coach agile collaboration, run retrospectives and meetings, and help teams implement continuous improvement practices. You will also build data-driven and real-time digital control processes, and support safe, effective adoption of generative AI—from initial ideas to practical workplace use. In addition, you will design and moderate training and knowledge-sharing formats to strengthen agile and AI competence organization-wide.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digitalization & Innovation Manager in driving digital transformation

• Lead and moderate digitalization and innovation projects, meetings, and retrospectives; coach project teams in continuous improvement

• Develop agile processes and working methods; surface obstacles, remove blockers, and mediate conflicts when needed

• Coordinate change management for the new ERP introduction and support business units and internal IT in early employee communication and change adoption

• As Data Instructor, identify processes with digitalization potential and help connect data for real-time digital control processes

• Introduce digital processes and agile methods with internal departments and IT to spread an agile mindset

• Serve as the central contact for expert administration of the Langdock AI platform and the Factro project management tool

• Identify generative AI use cases with business units and AI Champions; evaluate value and guide implementation from concept to daily operations

• Showcase successful applications, promote organization-wide adoption, and help build an active AI/AI-competence community

• Concept and moderate audience-appropriate learning formats for generative AI, data competence, and agile collaboration (workshops, onboarding sessions, office hours, and practical open formats)

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of agile methods and agile frameworks; degree or completed vocational training

• Ideally multiple years of successful Agile Coach experience (e.g., coaching projects) and relevant certification

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to explain concepts and complex technical topics to different audiences

• Experience in change management; ability to align stakeholders and embed change sustainably

• Strong soft skills and genuine interest in working with data and data structures

• Practical experience with generative AI; ability to experiment, develop meaningful use cases, and drive safe and effective adoption

• Experience with prompting and building reusable AI applications (skills, agents, workflows), ideally with Langdock or a comparable AI platform

• Pay up to EG 11 TVöD-VKA with an annual salary range of €56,500 to €82,900 depending on experience
