What you’ll do

• Lead impactful projects from concept to productization, co-creating solutions for complex business problems in Marketing, Smart, and Advertising using predictive, segmentation, and recommendation models.
• Work with a wide array of models, including GenAI, boosting models, neural networks, causal inference, optimization methods, and deep learning.
• Process terabytes of data using Google Cloud Platform solutions across tabular, natural-language, image, and time-series data.
• Take part in implementing both offline and online models.
• Partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.

We are looking for people with

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building machine-learning solutions in Python.
• A passion for translating business challenges into impactful AI/ML problems.
• Excellent communication skills, from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results.
• Proficiency in Python and efficient use of basic development tools.
• A strong understanding of statistical and machine-learning methods.
• A degree strongly related to statistical/mathematical modeling, such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar.

The technical environment includes over 1,000 microservices, an open-source data bus (Hermes) handling 300K+ requests per second, a Service Mesh handling 1M+ requests per second, tens of petabytes of data, and machine learning used in production.
