Important information

• Salary range: PLN 14,600–20,825, depending on skills (employment contract, tax-deductible costs).
• Annual bonus based on individual performance and company results.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from concept through productization, co-creating solutions for complex business problems in marketing, Smart, and advertising using predictive, segmentation, and recommendation models.
• Work with a broad range of techniques, including GenAI, boosting models, neural networks, causal inference, optimization methods, and deep learning.
• Process terabytes of data with Google Cloud Platform solutions across tabular, natural-language, image, and time-series data.
• Participate in implementation of both offline and online models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building machine-learning solutions in Python.
• Passion for translating business challenges into impactful AI/ML problems.
• Excellent communication skills, including defining analytical problems and presenting results clearly and intuitively.
• Proficiency in Python and efficient use of basic development tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical and machine-learning methods.
• Degree closely related to statistical or mathematical modeling, such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
