Description

You advise new and existing customers on IT solutions in an Apple, Education, and B2B context. You handle the full sales cycle—from consultation and proposal creation to deal closure—while actively following up on offers and opportunities. You build long-term customer relationships and work closely with technical specialists and manufacturers/partners.

Responsibilities

• Consult new and existing customers regarding IT solutions (Apple, Education, B2B)
• Provide phone and in-person customer support
• Manage the entire sales process: consultation → offer/proposal creation → closing
• Actively track and follow up on offers and sales opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with technical specialists as well as manufacturers and partners

Requirements

• Interest in IT, Apple products, and modern technologies
• Basic knowledge of Mac and Windows systems
• Basic knowledge of iOS devices
• Basic knowledge of servers/NAS
• Basic knowledge of networks and peripherals
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
• Initiative, motivation, and a customer-focused way of thinking
• Enjoyment of customer advisory and sales
• Training/apprenticeship desirable
• Relevant experience in sales, macOS/iOS, and B2B sales desirable
• English skills desirable
