Description

You will partner with stakeholders and Solution Leads to produce analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation that enable complete, compliant, and executable solutions. The role emphasizes quantifying impact, evaluating alternative approaches, and creating reusable analytical assets to improve speed, quality, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Produce analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation for solution development
  • Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and operational demand projections
  • Quantify solution impacts including cost drivers, ROI, value realization, and operational implications
  • Evaluate alternative approaches using structured analysis and scenario modeling
  • Document assumptions, rationale, data sources, calculations, constraints, risks, and dependencies
  • Validate operational feasibility by analyzing volumes, staffing, workflows, service levels, and implementation considerations
  • Use AI, automation, standardized tools, and reusable methods to scale analytical support
  • Build and maintain accelerators, templates, dashboards, models, and other reusable assets
  • Standardize data sources, assumptions, formulas, model structures, and documentation practices
  • Complete intake forms, templates, and administrative deliverables for solution development
  • Collect, organize, and track inputs from operations, pricing, technology, compliance, security, delivery, and SMEs
  • Maintain analytical repositories and historical pursuit data
  • Support business solution development by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting operating model development, and creating proposal-ready content
  • Translate client needs into practical solution components, process flows, staffing considerations, and presentation materials
  • Conduct research, synthesize inputs, identify solution gaps, and prepare client-ready narratives, graphics, tables, and supporting documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience supporting solution design, business process analysis, proposal development, operational improvement, or consulting work for complex programs
  • Ability to translate business requirements, client needs, and SME input into solution components, process flows, staffing considerations, client-ready narratives, and presentation materials
  • Preferred: experience in government health and human services or related areas (contact center, eligibility, appeals/fair hearings, Medicaid, SNAP, unemployment insurance, workforce services)
  • Home office requirements: reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 50 Mbps shared; minimum 5 Mbps upload)
