Description

Own end-to-end requirements and data solution work in the banking domain—from eliciting functional/non-functional needs to designing data models, mappings, and near real-time data pipelines. You will analyze complex distributed datasets with statistical methods and collaborate across product, engineering, and testing to deliver scalable, accessible data products.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with multiple stakeholders

• Analyze business needs and objectives

• Collaborate with product owners to clarify and translate requirements into implementation specifications

• Communicate requirements and objectives across diverse stakeholder groups

• Perform data mapping, data modeling, and solution design

• Contribute to application architecture, maintainability, and solution design

• Design near real-time data pipelines

• Analyze data to identify issues, assess implications, and recommend solutions

• Collaborate with developers and test engineers throughout delivery

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and own requirements documentation (including use cases)

• Use statistical methods to access and analyze complex distributed datasets

• Promote analytical best practices and improve ways of working

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing data-intensive solutions

• Hands-on experience in the banking industry

• Strong requirements elicitation techniques and business analysis

• Expertise translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications

• Practical experience with AI solutions, including Copilot, LLMs, and agentic solutions

• Excellent SQL skills, including Snowflake and MSSQL

• Experience with Snowflake and dbt

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural teams

• Understanding of domain-driven design, event-sourcing architecture patterns, microservices architecture, and clean code practices

• Experience delivering scalable data products

• Experience enabling data-driven decision-making through accessible data solutions
