Description

Build Program Specialist roles rotate through software engineering functional areas based on interests and business needs, building both technical depth and business acumen. Participants work on initiatives across front-end, back-end, embedded, DevOps/SRE, cloud, and quality/testing domains. The program emphasizes learning agility, communication, ownership, critical thinking, and feedback-driven growth.

Role Description

Software Engineering Specialists rotate within functional areas to build functional expertise and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through areas including:

  • Front-end (React or similar)

  • Back-end (C#, Node.js)

  • Embedded (C++)

  • DevOps & SRE (pipelines, containers, services, observability)

  • DevOps (CI/CD)

  • Cloud Software & SRE

  • Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science or a related degree

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills

• Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs
