Description

The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to grow into future engineering leaders. You’ll complete three 12-month rotations in different engineering areas based on business needs and your career aspirations, gaining leadership visibility and the chance to create meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three year-long rotational assignments to build broad engineering, technical, and business experience
  • Gain exposure to product development, embedded systems, software, controls, automation, connected products, and sustaining engineering
  • Participate in structured development plans with leadership experiences and ongoing feedback
  • Work with mentors, technical experts, and cross-functional leaders
  • Contribute to meaningful projects that address real customer, product, and operational challenges
  • Build your network through cohort programming, leadership visibility, site experiences, and Early Careers events

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university (preferred graduation: Spring 2027)
  • Willingness to relocate/work in multiple U.S. locations annually upon graduation
  • Prior engineering internship or co-op experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
