Description

You will leverage product and behavioral data to optimize product performance, drive strategic decisions, and improve user experience through rigorous testing. The role includes designing measurement frameworks and experimentation strategies to quantify the impact of a DFM AI + IQE partner integration across in-CAD and marketplace surfaces. You will analyze experiment results, define KPIs, build dashboards, and communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced analysis of product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics
  • Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and other experiments; define hypotheses, target segments, and success metrics
  • Analyze experiment outcomes with statistical methods and provide actionable recommendations
  • Own measurement and experimentation strategy for an embedded DFM AI + IQE integration across in-CAD experiences (Solid Edge, NX, Designcenter) and the Xometry marketplace, including cross-funnel causal analyses and attribution challenges
  • Define and track KPIs in a PLM/CAD context (e.g., time-from-design-to-quote, in-CAD-to-order conversion, designer adoption per seat)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize experiment results, key metrics, and trends
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, machine learning scientists, and partner engineering teams to implement learnings
  • Communicate complex data insights and experiment results clearly to diverse audiences, including leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for cross-system data flows spanning partner and Xometry surfaces
  • Contribute to improving experimentation methodologies and best practices for partner-integrated, multi-surface products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or similar)
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments
  • Solid understanding of statistical significance and hypothesis testing
  • SQL (required); Python (nice to have); Looker (desirable)
  • Knowledge of data science concepts and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a product-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
