Description

Own the full lifecycle of new, data-intensive product-business lines—from vision and MVP validation to large-scale rollout. Coordinate external partners so their services integrate seamlessly with platform capabilities (payments, search, UX, loyalty) while working with ML/DS teams to deliver products for millions of customers. Drive product strategy and roadmap alignment at the intersection of business goals and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Build new product-business lines and own the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Coordinate integrations and collaboration with external service providers
  • Develop data-heavy products with ML/DS teams for large-scale customer impact
  • Ensure products are scalable, secure, and intuitive for end users
  • Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and internal business units to maintain consistent user experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for complex digital products
  • Track record in dynamic environments requiring agile technical integration
  • Understanding of complex algorithmic solutions; experience with ML/DS products and big data projects
  • Ability to combine partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a unified product roadmap
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages (SQL/Python)
  • English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level
