Description

Own day-to-day product operations and program management for consumer-facing products, partnering with Product, Design, and Data to build and launch capabilities that improve booking conversion and scale the business. Serve as the core bridge between business and product by collecting and structuring user and frontline pain points across search, detail, booking, and post-booking, then translating them into clear product solutions. Drive end-to-end launches, define GTM strategy and multi-region rollout plans, and maintain a feedback loop and product health evaluation using conversion, retention, NPS, and complaint rate.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily product operations and program management for consumer-side (C-side) products

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Data to deliver consumer-facing capabilities

  • Bridge business and product: surface, structure, and translate pain points into product solutions

  • Own end-to-end launches of new C-side features and key projects, including GTM strategy and multi-region rollouts

  • Collect VoC, UX defects, and competitive benchmarks across the full consumer funnel; stay aligned with Product for continuous iteration

  • Codify C-side product operations methodology and best practices; build product health dashboards and evaluation frameworks (conversion, retention, NPS, complaint rate)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of internet product operations or program management experience

  • Fluent English across reading, writing, listening, and speaking (daily working language)

  • Strong data sensitivity and ability to interpret funnel data (including consumer conversion mechanics such as landing page, pricing display, payment, and A/B testing — preferred)

  • Proven track record leading complex new-feature GTM and large-scale programs (consumer product experience in Travel/OTA/e-commerce/content/lifestyle — preferred)

  • Excellent stakeholder management, including conflict resolution and team alignment

  • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and provide structured, logic-based solutions

  • Strong ownership, accountability, empathy, and willingness to stay close to frontline users
