Description

You will architect the end-to-end risk defense lifecycle for TikTok Shop’s global marketplace. This role owns the journey from problem definition to impact validation, leveraging data-driven insights and AI/LLM technologies to build scalable, automated risk frameworks and decision pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap for specific global risk domains and design systemic defense frameworks (risk engine integration, feature logic, decision pathways).
• Drive AI transformation of risk operations by converting risk judgment criteria into LLM prompts and agentic workflows to automate decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) on strategy performance and model health; detect data drift and autonomously adjust thresholds.
• Translate risk logic into standardized global playbooks and quality benchmarks to ensure consistent performance across localized markets.
• Translate risk requirements into product roadmaps and technical specifications; drive cross-functional execution across Data, Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or Anti-Fraud within large-scale technology ecosystems; proven ability to mitigate high-concurrency adversarial attacks.
• Proficiency in SQL to autonomously extract insights and risk signals from complex datasets.
• Strong machine learning fundamentals, including evaluating model performance (Precision, Recall, AUC) to optimize risk-reward trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, including prompt engineering and orchestration of AI agents.
• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across Business, Data, Engineering, and Operations.
• Self-starter with strong ownership; comfortable making high-stakes, data-backed decisions in ambiguous environments.
