Description

Lead strategic AI-native product initiatives to enable accountants and finance professionals to design, deploy, and manage agentic workflows integrated into their everyday work. Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics, and translate deep accounting domain knowledge into engineering-ready requirements. Drive research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, AI scientists, design, and accounting firm partners to deliver the next generation AI-native solution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch

  • Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics

  • Convert accounting workflows knowledge into product requirements

  • Direct research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses and decide on iteration or pivot

  • Explore unconventional ideas while maintaining high-quality, seamless UX

  • Earn stakeholder buy-in through strong storytelling and cross-functional leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) experience, including accounting/finance operations/audit experience

  • Practitioner-level understanding of accounting workflows including close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries, client advisory, and related controls/review steps

  • Track record shipping AI-native/workflow-automation products to production with strong adoption (ideally involving agents, RPA, or intelligent automation) in regulated/high-trust domains

  • High technical fluency on agentic architecture, orchestration, and guardrails

  • Ability to communicate clearly across accounting practitioners, engineers, and executives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Comfort with fast pace and blended responsibilities across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams

  • Familiarity with AI/agentic technology and industry trends (Intuit Enterprise Suite / Intuit Accountant Suite is a plus)
