Description

Lead the strategic development and operational management of the company’s worldwide IT data and process landscape. Drive digital transformation with automation and data-driven innovation, ensuring a future-ready data architecture. Manage multiple international teams and maintain stable, efficient operation of key platforms and integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Steer the strategic development and operational control of the company-wide IT data and process landscape
• Shape digital transformation, drive automation and data-based innovation, and ensure future-ready data architecture
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for several international teams; continuously develop organization, technologies, and processes
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of core platforms such as Microsoft 365, DMS, BW/Analytics, and integration solutions; identify optimization opportunities across end-to-end business processes
• Build scalable data structures, ensure data quality, and own holistic data lifecycle management
• Manage demand and project portfolios, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure transparency via KPIs and reporting
• Act as a central contact for data- and process-related topics in close collaboration with business areas, international locations, and management; promote a global, consistent understanding of data and processes

Requirements

• Preferably a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year leadership experience, ideally in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and integration
• Strong knowledge of data quality management
• Strong knowledge of process automation and digitization
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements
• Experience building and steering international teams
• Strong strategic thinking and high execution strength
• Communication and decisiveness at the management level
• Very good German and English language skills
