Description

You will provide first-line IT support to end users, diagnose and resolve problems, and support IT services through timely communication and accurate handling of requests. The position includes configuring workstations, network devices, software, and printers, as well as installing and configuring specialized applications. You’ll document all actions and help prepare offers for required IT hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to end users (remote and at the client site)
• Configure workstations, network devices, software, and printers
• Build, configure, and maintain computer networks
• Install and configure software (including specialized software)
• Document actions taken while handling tickets
• Prepare and offer IT software and hardware according to client requirements
• Coordinate with external service partners

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in an IT Helpdesk or related customer-facing role resolving issues with IT hardware and end-user software
• Knowledge of computer build for service and modernization
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN network architecture
• Knowledge of Windows 8/8.1/10/11
• Knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft 365 at a level enabling diagnostics
• Ability to read technical documentation in English
• Communicative English in speech and writing
• Category B driving license and driving practice
• Openness to business travel
• Enjoy working with people (phone/email/in-person)
• Ability to analyze problems, ask the right questions, and manage time pressure/stress and priorities
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations and communication styles
