Description

You will own the full lifecycle of new data-heavy product-business lines in a marketplace partner activation environment. The role focuses on integrating external partners into core platform capabilities and building data products with ML/DS teams handling millions of transactions daily. You will shape strategic directions in a zero-to-one setting and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and intuitive for end users.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle from vision and MVP validation to full-scale rollout of new services

  • Coordinate partnerships with external providers to ensure seamless integration with core platform capabilities (payments, search, UX, loyalty)

  • Build data-heavy products with ML/DS teams for millions of customers

  • Balance business goals with technical requirements to manage product complexity

  • Collaborate with engineers and UX designers and align with existing business units to maintain ecosystem-wide UX consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager handling complex digital products

  • Track record in dynamic environments requiring agile technological integration

  • Ability to understand complex algorithmic solutions

  • Experience with ML/DS products and big data projects

  • Ability to align partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a cohesive product roadmap

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages (SQL/Python)

  • English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level
