Product Manager - Communication Automation

Are you an experienced Product Manager looking to shape the future of communication automation?

Join the team to lead the strategic scaling and functional evolution of an internal communication automation platform. The roadmap will focus on enabling new campaign performance metrics, integrating advanced Data Science recommendations, improving user experience, and scaling new communication channels across international markets.

You will spearhead AI-driven features, such as natural human language translation into automated scenario blocks, to make complex audience segmentation self-service for non-technical business users. You will also build platform compliance and safety measures to protect user consents, optimize infrastructure against traffic bottlenecks, and eliminate legal risks associated with global data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Independence and ownership in a high-autonomy environment
• Proven Product Management experience in highly scalable, technical environments
• Ability to independently acquire, query, and work with data to drive product decisions
• Strong skills in defining, monitoring, and rigorously reviewing metrics, including input and output measures
• Experience building delivery plans for at least 6 months and a long-term product vision based on algorithmic and infrastructure improvements
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for dependencies across product areas
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to balance priorities and defend decisions with data
• Close stakeholder collaboration to align requirements and long-term goals
• AI-native approach, including GenAI and advanced prompting for user research, feedback synthesis, and product discovery
• English at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and align work with strategic goals.
• Translate internal-client and external-user needs into technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and scope, set realistic expectations, establish boundaries, and keep the area focused on owned outcomes.
• Set the product vision and strategy for communication automation.
