Description

Own the product plan, roadmap, and backlog for your product area and lead discovery with users and internal teams to validate hypotheses before building. Write clear specs with UX and collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to plan and deliver releases. Define product metrics, use data to drive decisions, and manage stakeholder updates while keeping up with competitive trends and modern (including AI-based) product operations practices.

Responsibilities

• Own product plan, roadmap, and backlog
• Run discovery: user/promoter/internal interviews, personas, flows, segments, hypothesis validation
• Write product and UX specifications for web and mobile
• Plan releases within a monthly planning cycle
• Establish and track product metrics; drive decisions from adoption to commercial impact
• Manage stakeholders via recurring check-ins and product update communications
• Research competition and industry trends
• Apply up-to-date product operations practices, including AI-based practices

Requirements

• Proven experience developing successful digital products from ideation to launch
• Strong sense of ownership and cross-team collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience writing product and UX specifications for web and mobile platforms
• Data-driven mindset; define metrics and use analytics
• Fluent English; Czech or Slovak is an advantage
• AI enthusiast with practical experience
