Description

You will own the full product lifecycle for new data-heavy product and business lines that expand a marketplace ecosystem. You will integrate external partners’ offerings into core platform capabilities (payments, search, UX, loyalty) and collaborate with ML/DS teams to build data products for millions of customers. You will work in a zero-to-one environment, turning business vision and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and highly intuitive services.

Responsibilities

  • Build new product-business lines: drive the full lifecycle from vision and MVP validation to full-scale rollout
  • Partner integration: coordinate collaboration with external service providers so their solutions seamlessly connect to core platform infrastructure
  • Build data-heavy products: work with ML/DS teams on data products at massive customer scale
  • Manage complexity: align business and technical requirements to deliver scalable, secure, intuitive user experiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with engineers, UX designers, and business units to maintain a consistent user experience across the ecosystem

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager handling complex digital products
  • Strong track record in dynamic environments requiring agile technological integration
  • Ability to understand complex algorithmic solutions and experience with ML/DS products and big data projects
  • Ability to align external partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a single product roadmap
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages (SQL/Python)
  • English level at least B2 and Polish level at least C1
