Description

You ensure product, customer, and marketing data arrives where it’s needed—fully, consistently, and with high quality. You manage end-to-end data flows between ERP, PIM, CRM, shop, EDI, and other systems, and help develop a modern data landscape with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement. The goal is to move beyond data administration by simplifying processes, enabling automation, and strengthening digital value creation.

Responsibilities

• Design the data landscape and ensure the quality and availability of central company data

• Manage end-to-end data flows between ERP, PIM, CRM, shop, EDI, and additional systems

• Continuously develop data standards and governance structures

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability

• Define transparent KPIs and implement monitoring processes for data quality and interfaces

• Analyze existing processes and continuously improve them

• Manage and further develop EDI processes

• Coordinate data exchange with customers and external partners

• Analyze and sustainably resolve data and interface issues

• Standardize and automate data-driven processes

• Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Product Management into technical solutions

• Work closely with IT, Procurement, and specialist departments

• Coordinate external service providers and partners

• Support data-driven Sales and Marketing initiatives
