Senior AI Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects, from discovery to production. You will be accountable for project success, combining strong delivery management expertise with a solid understanding of AI, ML, and data technologies. You will focus on three categories of projects: GenAI Product development, ML Product development, and AI Platform enablement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technology and business, understanding business objectives, including business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, including GenAI and ML
• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders
• Act as the main delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships
• Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI
• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing, risk-management, and stakeholder-communication skills
• 3+ years of GenAI and traditional ML delivery-management experience, such as RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, or forecasting systems
• 3+ years of previous engineering experience, such as Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, or Python Engineer
• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies and data-management fundamentals
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
