Description

Lead the strategic development of the SAP environment by defining its next direction and coordinating key SAP projects and changes. You will manage and support SAP specialists, linking SAP technology capabilities with business needs across the group. You will also monitor SAP and technology trends to identify innovation opportunities, including experience in SAP migration projects (ideally SAP S/4HANA).

Responsibilities

• Determine the future strategy and development direction of SAP solutions

• Develop and support a team of SAP specialists

• Coordinate key projects and SAP changes

• Plan and efficiently use the assigned budget

• Track SAP and technology trends and search for new opportunities

• Collaborate across the group by connecting SAP capabilities with the needs of different business areas

Requirements

• Experience with SAP and with migration projects

• Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Experience leading an IT team and managing larger projects

• Ability to connect technological capabilities with strategic business goals

• Ability to follow SAP developments and evaluate further usage options

• English proficiency for daily communication
