Description

You will design and configure SAP WM/EWM for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes, ensuring proper integration with MM, SD, PP, and QM. You will act as the SAP WM/EWM 2nd-level support lead, coordinating external 3rd-level vendors and managing releases via SolMan (ChaRM) and Jira. You will also run functional workshops, translate business needs into technical specifications, and train a global Key User network.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP WM/EWM solution architecture across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
• Oversee integration with MM, SD, PP, and QM
• Provide 2nd-level support and coordinate external 3rd-level vendors
• Manage releases using SolMan (ChaRM) and Jira
• Lead functional workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Train global Key User network

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP WM/EWM design and configuration experience (at least 1 full lifecycle implementation)
• Proven experience in regulated environments (batch management, SLED, serialization)
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP SolMan (ChaRM), Jira, and SAP S/4HANA rollouts
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management
