SAP WM/EWM Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

Own the global SAP WM/EWM landscape for an international pharmaceutical group. Optimize processes, lead site rollouts, and coordinate external support partners during the transition toward S/4HANA.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SAP WM: Design, configure, and optimize warehouse processes, including picking/putaway, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
• Manage Support: Act as the second-level owner and coordinate with external third-level support partners to resolve complex issues.
• Drive Projects: Lead full-lifecycle rollouts and system enhancements using Jira and SolMan.
• Support the Business: Build and mentor a global community of SAP Key Users to improve on-site troubleshooting.
• Ensure all warehouse movements and processes comply with strict GxP and validation (CSV) standards.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP WM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Experience in a regulated GxP environment; Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse structures, RF scanning, and Logistics Execution.
• SAP EWM or S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to communicate with both warehouse teams and IT vendors.
• Fluent English.
