Description

Act as the technical system owner for SAP HR and SAP Logistics, ensuring stable operations, maintenance, and ongoing development. Partner with the SAP functional coordinator for onboarding and knowledge transfer to gradually take over day-to-day responsibility. Coordinate with business, developers, operations, and external vendors to deliver prioritized improvements and support roadmap and release initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the SAP functional coordinator for SAP HR and SAP Logistics (training and knowledge transfer)

• Ensure stable operations, maintenance, and further development of the SAP solutions

• Collaborate with the existing SAP Scrum team on prioritization, coordination, and execution of tasks and improvements

• Ensure alignment between business needs and the technical SAP solution

• Contribute to architecture assessments and decisions across the SAP landscape

• Coordinate activities between business, developers, operations, and external suppliers

• Support roadmap, release, and improvement initiatives for SAP HR and SAP Logistics

• Optionally assume Product Owner responsibilities (backlog prioritization, requirement clarification, stakeholder management)

Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP (e.g., SAP Architect, SAP System Owner, SAP Lead Consultant, or equivalent)

• Good insight into SAP HR and/or SAP Logistics

• Experience managing and further developing business-critical SAP solutions

• Experience working in an agile setup and collaborating with Scrum teams

• Ability to understand both business needs and the technical possibilities of the SAP platform

• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and professional domains
