Description

You will support clients in implementing Google Cloud Platform products and ensure best practices are followed. The role includes architecture guidance, data migration support, cloud-native adaptation of customer applications, and operational monitoring/troubleshooting. You will also document technical decisions and share knowledge through training and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical requirements and project scope

• Communicate with customers to ensure project alignment

• Support customer application adaptation to a Cloud-Native approach

• Implement DevOps practices: CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)

• Design and optimize cloud applications for scalability (CDN, caching, compute optimizations, load balancing)

• Deploy and configure GCP services including identity management, network architecture, application security, and billing

• Document technical decisions, designs, and processes

• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications, including network connectivity and cluster performance

• Share knowledge and participate in training sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles

• GCP qualifications including GKE, CloudBuild, Secret Management, and Container Registry

• Background managing high availability, scalability, and security for Kubernetes clusters and applications

• Version control proficiency (e.g., GitHub)

• CI/CD expertise using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins

• Skills creating and managing Dockerfiles and Kubernetes YAML configurations

• Knowledge of infrastructure automation/configuration management (Terraform or Ansible)

• Ability to troubleshoot Kubernetes cluster and network connectivity issues

• Familiarity diagnosing and debugging Python-based applications

• Experience with enterprise AI integration using AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI Services

• Expertise designing, building, and operating AI agents and agentic AI frameworks

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementation

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Trae, OpenCode, Antigravity or similar)

• English communication skills (B2 or higher)
