Description

Build and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure for AI process automation platforms, ensuring operable and secure solution architecture. Take technical responsibility across the application lifecycle, implement logging/monitoring/alerting, and improve automation toward self-service operations. Work with internal stakeholders and external software vendors while ensuring security compliance and disaster recovery readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure for AI automation platforms
• Ensure secure and operable cloud architecture for custom, open-source, and off-the-shelf applications
• Serve as a technical consultant internally and incorporate feedback to improve user experience
• Establish and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve performance issues
• Own application technical implementation through the full DevOps lifecycle
• Increase automation maturity toward self-service operations
• Collaborate with external software vendors to manage, develop, and maintain IT systems
• Build and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for mission-critical applications and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in collaboration with security and compliance teams

Requirements

• University degree in (business) informatics or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong infrastructure-as-code and automation mindset, proven experience with Terraform
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience with DevOps workflows for infrastructure management and automated incident response
• Proven experience managing and operating third-party software in secured, enterprise-ready private cloud environments
• Deep knowledge of secure service-to-service connectivity and modern authentication protocols
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Hands-on experience with managed cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred), including compute, storage, databases, and AI services
• Understanding of modern AI technology such as AI Agents in AI process automation
• Experience with an additional programming language such as Python
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ minimum)
• Ability and willingness to coach and take responsibility for services
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn new technologies (T-Shape philosophy)
• Proficiency in agile methodologies
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
