Description

You will help clarify technical requirements and project scope with customers, implement DevOps practices on GCP (including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code), and design scalable cloud applications. The role includes deploying and configuring GCP services, documenting technical decisions, and monitoring/troubleshooting Kubernetes and networking performance. You’ll also work on enterprise AI integration topics such as AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical requirements and project scope
• Communicate with customers to ensure project alignment
• Adapt customer applications to a cloud-native approach
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)
• Design and optimize GCP applications for scalability (CDN, caching, compute optimizations, load balancing)
• Deploy and configure GCP services: identity management, network architecture, application security, and billing
• Document technical decisions, designs, and processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications, including network connectivity and cluster performance
• Share knowledge and participate in training sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
• GCP experience: GKE, Cloud Build, Secret Management, Container Registry
• Experience with high availability, scalability, and security for Kubernetes clusters and applications
• Proficiency with version control (GitHub)
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
• Ability to create and manage Dockerfiles and Kubernetes YAML configurations
• Infrastructure automation/config management: Terraform or Ansible
• Troubleshooting experience for Kubernetes clusters and network connectivity issues
• Familiarity diagnosing/debugging Python-based applications
• Enterprise AI integration experience using AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI Services
• Experience designing/building/operating AI agents and agentic AI frameworks
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and implementation
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Trae, OpenCode, Antigravity)
• Understanding of generative AI technologies, LLMs, and enterprise AI solution design
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
