Description

Support clients in implementing Google Cloud Platform products by providing architecture guidance, data migration support, troubleshooting, and monitoring while following best practices. Help customers adopt a cloud-native approach and deliver DevOps capabilities including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code. Design and optimize scalable, secure cloud applications on GCP and Kubernetes, and document technical decisions for future reference.

Role Responsibilities

• Clarify technical requirements and project scope
• Communicate actively with customers to ensure project alignment
• Adapt customer applications to a cloud-native approach
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)
• Design and optimize scalable cloud applications (CDN, caching, compute optimizations, load balancing)
• Deploy and configure GCP services such as identity management, network architecture, application security, and billing
• Document technical decisions, designs, and processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications (network connectivity and cluster performance)
• Share knowledge and participate in training sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
• Experience with GCP services: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Build, Secret Management, Container Registry
• Background in high availability, scalability, and security for Kubernetes clusters and applications
• Version control proficiency with GitHub
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
• Ability to create and manage Dockerfiles and Kubernetes YAML configurations
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools: Terraform or Ansible
• Capability to troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and network connectivity
• Familiarity with diagnosing and debugging Python-based applications
• Enterprise AI integration experience with AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and/or Azure AI Services
• Expertise in designing, building, and operating AI agents and agentic AI frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementation
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Trae, OpenCode, Antigravity)
• English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
