Description

Design, implement, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with a strong emphasis on Groovy (Declarative and Scripted Pipelines) and reusable Shared Libraries. Administer and optimize Jenkins environments (plugins, security, performance, scalability), integrate Jenkins with Git/GitHub, troubleshoot pipeline failures and bottlenecks, and automate operational tasks using PowerShell. Support reliable, secure build and deployment workflows, with exposure to AWS/Azure basics (log analysis and troubleshooting).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Declarative & Scripted Pipelines)
• Develop and manage reusable Jenkins Shared Libraries using Groovy
• Administer and support Jenkins environments (plugins, security, performance, scalability)
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues, and system bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build, test, and deployment workflows
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
• Integrate Jenkins with version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
• Monitor systems and pipelines; support incident resolution
• Perform basic cloud operations on AWS/Azure (log analysis and basic troubleshooting)
• Document pipelines, configurations, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience with Jenkins in a DevOps or CI/CD role
• Strong knowledge of Groovy, especially in Jenkins Pipelines and Shared Libraries
• Solid understanding of Jenkins administration (plugins, security, agents, troubleshooting)
• PowerShell scripting experience; Bash/Python is a plus
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including logging/monitoring and basic troubleshooting
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices
• Good command of English (written and spoken) for daily communication with stakeholders
• Immediate availability to join the project
