Description

Work with developers and stakeholders to smooth the release process and remove blockers, acting as the central link between development, operations, and business teams. Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and design automation for cloud deployments, keeping infrastructure-as-code clean and deployments predictable. Own the full release lifecycle from building packages to maintaining project environments.

Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline release processes with developers and stakeholders

• Apply and help shape DevOps best practices

• Enhance tools, standards, and engineering practices

• Explore and adopt practical new technologies

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Automate cloud deployments to reduce manual effort

• Maintain infrastructure-as-code and predictable deployments

• Manage the release lifecycle: package builds and environment maintenance during development

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, systems administration, architecture, configuration management, or release management (mix accepted)

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps experience preferred)

• Container technology experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

• Cloud platform experience: Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

• Infrastructure as Code experience: Terraform and/or Terragrunt and/or CloudFormation

• Build tools experience: Maven, Gradle, or GNU Make

• Scripting: Bash, Python, or PowerShell

• Git workflows and best practices

• Proficient English communication (verbal and written)
