Description

You will collaborate with the engineering team to implement and automate services and application modules, and to introduce tools/processes that make development faster and smoother. You will also plan, expand, and administer CI/CD systems, support infrastructure/networking and performance issues, and help promote DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and automate services and application modules with the development team

• Find, test, and deploy tools, processes, and solutions that improve engineering productivity

• Plan, build, expand, and administer CI/CD systems (virtualization, containerization, orchestration)

• Support ongoing infrastructure, networking, and system performance problems

• Coordinate with infrastructure administrators to ensure environment stability

• Support and promote DevOps best practices

Requirements

• Experience administering Linux systems

• Experience with virtualization administration (Proxmox or similar)

• Experience with application containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

• Experience implementing applications using GitOps (ArgoCD)

• Experience with IaC and configuration automation (Terraform/Ansible)

• Experience with CI/CD and code repositories (Jenkins or GitLab CI, Sonar, Nexus/Artifactory, Git)

• Experience creating automation supporting build, test, and deployment of applications

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)

• Ability to diagnose and solve networking-related problems

• Experience implementing DevOps practices in collaboration with engineering teams
