Description

Join an international team responsible for developing and maintaining a large-scale, business-critical enterprise platform used by global organizations in the engineering and industrial sector. The platform supports over a thousand concurrent users worldwide. In this role, you will work on OpenShift/Kubernetes operations, GitOps modernization with Argo CD, CI/CD pipeline development, and monitoring/logging to ensure reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
• Develop and improve GitOps-based deployment processes using Argo CD
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Bitbucket, and related tools
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and high availability
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management using scripting and DevOps best practices
• Support application deployments across multiple environments
• Manage secrets and security-related configurations using Vault and enterprise security standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery and system stability
• Participate in shift work and scheduled on-call rotations
• Contribute to continuous improvement in automation, observability, security, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift or another enterprise Kubernetes platform
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps practices
• Practical experience with Git-based workflows and source code management
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of networking, security principles, and application deployment processes
• Experience working with production environments and business-critical systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM)
• Availability to participate in a paid Saturday on-call rotation approximately once every 1–1.5 months
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
