Description

You will design and optimize infrastructure for hosting critical applications, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. The role emphasizes automation of IT processes and containerization, and tight collaboration with development teams on CI/CD pipelines. You will also handle Linux administration, capacity planning, and proactive production issue troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize infrastructure for critical application hosting (scalability, reliability, performance)
• Improve and automate IT processes to increase operational efficiency
• Contribute to containerization strategy and work in a team delivering robust, scalable container virtualization solutions
• Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipelines and maintain smooth integration and delivery workflows
• Automate deployment and testing procedures for fast, reliable, repeatable releases
• Manage application deployment lifecycle (new versions, ongoing maintenance, proactive issue solving)
• Analyze and resolve complex production problems
• Plan capacity to meet growing infrastructure requirements; tune and optimize running applications
• Administer Linux servers (stability, security, optimal configuration)
• Coordinate and resolve customer-reported issues with support teams
• Propose and implement technical improvements
