We are looking for a talented Data Technology Consultant to join our growing Data Practice team and help our clients unlock the full potential of their data. In this role, you will work closely with client and delivery teams to shape Data Analytics strategies, evaluate and recommend data technology solutions, and support the implementation of scalable, future-proof data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to Data Analytics strategy and consulting engagements to identify and maximize value of data initiatives

• Evaluate and recommend data technology options aligned to clients' strategic vision and business objectives

• Support digital transformation by documenting current data architectures and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Stay up to date on architecture trends and best practices; contribute as a Data Solution Architect when needed

• Build client relationships; communicate clearly with stakeholders; present models to advocate technology options

• Collaborate with internal, client and third-party teams to drive successful integrated delivery

• Support implementation of data governance frameworks, data quality practices and data privacy compliance

• Contribute to AI/ML-enabled data solutions; advise on Generative AI adoption including data readiness, responsible AI and governance alignment

• Contribute to business development activities such as case studies and content creation; identify new client opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Technology Consultant and/or Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Data Analytics solutions

• Proficiency in at least one: Data Engineering; cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse); BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Looker); distributed data processing (Spark, Kafka, Databricks, MS Fabric); Data Science and ML

• Good working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)

• Working knowledge of data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations across major jurisdictions

• Proven experience delivering projects within Agile or Scrum frameworks; understanding of SDLC principles and CI/CD practices in data environments

• Working knowledge of business analysis techniques: requirements gathering, user story definition and project documentation

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; translate technical concepts for business audiences and confidently present and advocate technology recommendations

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or cloud AI platforms

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, LLM integration patterns or prompt engineering

• Practical experience with MLOps tooling

• Experience with data governance and data cataloging tools

• Relevant certifications in cloud, data architecture, AI/ML or data governance
