Description

This role focuses on developing IT infrastructure solutions to separate and integrate two businesses after a pensions-sector acquisition, aligning the IT strategy with the acquirer’s needs. You will analyze current infrastructure, design separation and integration solution options, and assess hosting, networks, security, and end-user computing requirements for both on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to create solution options for separating IT infrastructure from the parent company
• Develop integration plans for merging with the acquiring company’s infrastructure
• Assess requirements for both on-premises and cloud hosting models
• Evaluate networks, security measures, and end-user computing needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and integration
• Strong knowledge of cloud hosting solutions and on-premises systems
• Familiarity with network and security architecture
• Experience handling technology transitions during company acquisitions
