Description

You will design and validate complex integration processes that enable efficient and secure data exchange in modern banking operations. The role includes translating client requirements (functional and non-functional) into integration designs using UML and Swagger, working with architects and developers, and supporting preliminary integration testing. You will collaborate in an Agile/Scrum delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Validate internal client requirements, covering functional and non-functional aspects
• Create integration processes using UML (use case, sequence, activity, component diagrams)
• Develop detailed integration designs using Swagger
• Collaborate with architects and developers to determine technical solutions
• Coordinate technical and project dependencies with other IT teams
• Perform preliminary integration testing and analyze errors
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project roles, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies: Web Services, Microservices, SOA
• Higher education in IT or related fields
• Proven skills in analyzing client needs and modeling IT systems
• Proficiency in UML and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect or PlantUML
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL)
• Familiarity with distributed IT system architecture
• Excellent Polish (fluent) and communicative English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and work effectively in a team
