Description

Support sales and servicing initiatives for savings products by translating business needs into clear system specifications. Collaborate with business and technology teams to create analysis artifacts, ensure end-to-end delivery, and define integration approaches. Drive impactful solutions and foster innovation in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation supporting end-to-end delivery
• Model processes and solutions using UML and BPMN to ensure clarity and consistency
• Work hands-on with Enterprise Architect to develop and refine analysis artifacts
• Support delivery teams in an Agile environment through backlog refinement, alignment, and continuous improvement
• Define and validate integration approaches and communication between systems, including REST APIs
• Use SQL (intermediate level) to support analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis, preferably at senior level
• Strong command of UML and BPMN, including visual modeling techniques
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience with REST-based integrations and common communication patterns
• Working knowledge of RabbitMQ
• Proficiency with JIRA and structured backlog management
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality documentation

Qualifications

Strong plus (optional): additional certifications in system analysis or Agile frameworks; experience with financial products or banking systems.
