Description

Design, develop, and implement AI agents for production use, covering the full lifecycle (lifecycle gates) and predefined archetypes. Integrate agents with the client’s domain systems, including permissions, connectors, and governance constraints, while reusing architectural patterns via a Pattern Library. Perform functional and security testing (including resistance to prompt-injection and data protection via DLP) and support operational handover with technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Integrate agents with domain systems and enforce governance, permissions, and limitations
• Reuse architecture patterns and components through a Pattern Library
• Run functional and security tests (prompt-injection resistance, data labels, DLP enforcement, data access boundaries)
• Prepare and oversee technical documentation and operational handover packages
• Co-create with business product owners and facilitate knowledge transfer for independent maintenance
• Work in a mixed project methodology (Scrum / Waterfall)

Requirements

• Practical experience delivering production AI agents in Copilot Studio (topics, actions, connectors, knowledge sources)
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry (model selection, grounding, orchestration, evaluation)
• Ability to design agent architectures and reliable prompts aligned with a defined archetype and control framework (human-in-the-loop, approval points, logging, rollback)
• Experience with DEV/TEST/PROD best practices and producing deployment/test evidence for quality gates
• AI security skills: prevent prompt-injection, enforce DLP, and protect data scope
• Ability to assess use cases for feasibility, data availability, and justification for agent-based solutions
• English at B2 or C1
• ASAP availability preferred; notice period up to one month (effective end of month)
